When purchasing a chairlift ticket, entry to Srdiečkovo is FREE.
Entry to the children’s playground area is allowed only with a valid ticket for both children and accompanying persons. Adult supervision is required when using the playground equipment.
*Persons aged 15–19 may also use selected playground equipment in Srdiečkovo after purchasing an entry ticket.
If you wish to leave the Srdiečkovo playground area during the day and return later, you will receive a wristband at the ticket office, which must be presented upon re-entry. As long as the wristband remains undamaged and worn on the wrist, it is valid for the entire day and allows repeated entry on the same day. Re-entry without a wristband is not permitted.

OPERATING RULES OF SRDIEČKOVO CHILDREN’S PARK – SUMMER 2025
The operator and owner of the Srdiečkovo children’s park (hereinafter referred to as the “playground”) is ORAVA SKIPARK, a.s., with its registered office at 027 41 Oravský Podzámok 381, Company ID: 44 716 028, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, Section: Sa, File No.: 10675/L (hereinafter referred to as the “resort” or the “operator”).
Before entering the playground area, every visitor is obliged to familiarize themselves with these operating rules and comply with them.
Entry to the playground
- The playground is intended for children aged 2 to 19 years. The tubing track may be used by children (from 3 years of age) as well as adults weighing up to 100 kg. Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the playground without the supervision of a person over 18 years of age. Entry to the playground area is permitted only with a valid ticket for both children and accompanying persons. Adult supervision is required when using playground equipment.
- If you wish to leave the Srdiečkovo playground area during the day and return later, you will receive a wristband at the ticket office, which must be presented upon re-entry. - Each visitor is obliged to behave in such a way that their actions or omissions do not result in injury, harm to health, or damage to property within the playground. The visitor is fully responsible for any damage caused by their actions. Damage resulting from non-compliance with these rules or general safety regulations shall be borne by the person violating the rules or their legal guardian. Failure to comply with playground rules or aggressive behavior of children entitles the operator to expel the visitor from the playground.
Rules for safe use of playground equipment
- Children should be appropriately dressed in fitted clothing. Avoid overly loose clothing or garments with loose parts that could get caught on equipment. Shoes should be closed and protect the entire foot. Children must not carry hard or sharp objects, nor items that could get caught on equipment (such as keys, chains, etc.).
- Follow the instructions of supervising staff and information displayed on signs in individual zones. Supervising staff must be immediately informed of any injuries, dangerous behavior, or defects on the playground.
- Some equipment is limited by age and body weight. Follow the information and any specific instructions displayed on the equipment.
- Supervising persons are obliged to warn children if they use the playground in violation of these rules and ensure proper use of equipment. They must also respect any restrictions (repairs, maintenance, etc.) and ensure that capacity limits (e.g. trampolines) and weight limits are not exceeded.
During play, ensure that children:
- Do not approach equipment during installation or dismantling and respect restricted access areas,
- Do not approach moving equipment, do not enter equipment before the previous user exits, do not exit while it is still moving, and do not use equipment improperly,
- Do not enter the playground with food and do not leave objects (toys, bicycles, strollers, etc.) near equipment,
- Respect all restrictions stated on the equipment.
- The accompanying person is fully responsible for injuries caused by unsafe behavior of children. Violation of rules or aggressive behavior entitles the operator to remove the visitor.
Instructions for the tubing track
- The tubing track may be used by children and adults up to 100 kg.
- It is intended for children from 3 years of age.
- Minors may use it only with consent and supervision of a parent or responsible person.
- Parents or accompanying persons are fully responsible for use by children.
- The track may only be used with designated tubing inflatables.
- The customer collects the tube after agreement with staff, moves to the start ramp, places towing straps inside, sits down properly, and holds handles during the ride. After stopping, they must exit immediately and leave the track. The tube must be returned via the designated path.
- It is prohibited to:
- ride two persons on one tube,
- ride lying down or stand during the ride,
- use other objects instead of tubes,
- walk on the track or obstruct others.
- If leaving the track, exit immediately.
- Staff may refuse access if necessary.
- Users are liable for damages; minors through their legal guardian.
It is strictly prohibited near playground equipment to:
- smoke or use open fire,
- use glass containers or sharp objects,
- bring animals,
- damage equipment,
- interfere with structures,
- perform unrelated activities,
- consume alcohol or drugs,
- allow entry of machinery.
Follow the safety instructions! Any injuries, damage to parts of the playground equipment, or other deficiencies of the playground must be reported to the supervising staff. Reporting points also include ticket office buildings and any valley or upper station of the chairlift, or by phone: +421 918 830 065. In very serious cases, contact the Mountain Rescue Service emergency line 18 300 or the general emergency number 112.
From 1 June to 30 June and from 2 September to 30 October, operating hours are only during weekends and public holidays from 9:00 to 16:30. From 1 July to 1 September, operating hours are daily from 9:00 to 16:30. Operating hours may be adjusted by the operator at any time depending on weather conditions. Tickets for Srdiečkovo are sold only until 16:00.
