Benefits of Learning to Ski with an Instructor

The head of the ski school is Vlado Zboja – a certified ski coach, international mountain guide, former Czechoslovak freestyle skiing vice-champion, and accomplished mountaineer.

  1. Safety first – the instructor ensures proper technique and shows you how to fall and get up safely to avoid injuries. You’ll also learn the basic slope rules that help prevent accidents.
  2. Proper habits from the start – you’ll master body posture, ski control, turning and braking techniques. These fundamentals make handling more challenging slopes easier later on.
  3. Faster progress – self-teaching often leads to bad habits that are difficult to correct. With an instructor, you’ll learn proper technique from the beginning, which speeds up your improvement.
  4. Individual approach – the instructor adjusts the pace and methods to your fitness level, skill, and confidence on the slope, making the learning process more effective and enjoyable.
  5. Fun learning experience – instructors often use games, exercises, and practical tips that make learning more enjoyable – especially for children.
