There are 2 connected chairlifts operating in the resort:

• Minčol I (marked as A on the map) – takes visitors to the middle part of the resort,
• Minčol II (marked as B on the map) – continues from the middle part to the top of Kubínska hoľa.

👉 To reach the summit, it is necessary to use both cable cars.

It includes one round trip on the lower chairlift Minčol I, marked as A on the map (POMA UNIFIX 4), to the middle part of the resort.

If needed, customers may also purchase a round-trip ticket at the ticket office for the upper chairlift, marked as B on the map (Tatralift SLF 4p), which operates from the middle part of the resort to the summit of Kubínska hoľa.

The price and conditions remain the same as for the lower chairlift ride.

It includes one round trip on the lower chairlift Minčol I, marked as A on the map (POMA UNIFIX 4), to the middle part of the resort, plus one round trip on the upper chairlift Minčol II, marked as B on the map (Tatralift SLF 4p), to the summit of Kubínska hoľa.

We recommend purchasing a 4-hour cable car ticket and then buying individual attractions separately (e.g. zipline, mountain tricycles, etc.).

⚠️ After passing through the turnstile, ride tickets can no longer be exchanged or refunded.

ZIPLINE tickets are sold exclusively at the ZIPLINE starting point and not at the cable car and attractions ticket office. Ticket sales are available until 4:30 PM.

Yes, we recommend it. For zipline, you need to purchase the “Lower Cable Car (ride)” ticket, which will take you to the starting point.

If you are going paragliding, we recommend purchasing the “Both Cable Cars (ride)” ticket, which will take you to the summit of Kubínska hoľa, where the paragliding take-off point is located.

The zipline allows tandem rides, which means a child can ride together with an older sibling or a parent. Each person is secured in their own harness, but both ride on the same pulley. Their combined weight must not exceed 130 kg.

The ticket is valid on the day(s) for which it was purchased and can be used on both cable cars during the resort’s operating hours.

Unused time cannot be transferred to another day. In the case of a 2-day ticket, the days must be used consecutively.

If you wish to leave the Srdiečkovo children’s playground area during the day and return later, you will receive a wristband at the ticket office, which must be shown upon re-entry.

As long as the wristband remains undamaged and worn on your wrist, it is valid for the entire day and allows multiple returns to Srdiečkovo on the same day.

Re-entry without a wristband worn on the wrist is not possible.

Tickets for Srdiečkovo are sold only until 4:00 PM.

Yes. Some attractions can also be used by visitors over 15 years of age if they purchase a child admission ticket.

A mountain tricycle can only be rented if the visitor has already purchased and not yet used a cable car ticket.

Riding is allowed only on designated trails within the resort, and rides are time-limited – the time limit starts from the first passage through the turnstile.

Tickets for mountain tricycles and cable cars can be purchased until 4:00 PM, while tickets for the lower section are available until 4:30 PM.

The rental point is located next to the lower cable car.

Rental is possible only in person – mountain tricycles are not transported without a rider.

• You must complete the rider instruction and acknowledgment form.
• Visitors under 18 years of age require the signature of a legal guardian.
• After that, you can purchase a ride ticket.
• A mountain tricycle can only be rented with a valid cable car ticket and may only be used on designated trails.

• Ride up using the lower cable car (A) + downhill ride on the lower section (approx. 2 km).
• Time limit: 30 minutes from passing through the turnstile.
• Late return: €5 penalty for every started 15 minutes.
• The ticket can be purchased until 4:30 PM.

No. Insurance is not included.

Yes. Children up to the day before their 6th birthday can use the cable cars free of charge when accompanied by an adult (maximum 2 children per 1 adult).

However, admission to the Srdiečkovo playground is charged separately.

A child’s health insurance card is required.

The Family Ticket 2+1 Child (Both Cable Cars) is valid for 2 adults and 1 child aged 6–12.99 years.

The Family Ticket MAX 2+2 Children (Both Cable Cars) is valid for 2 adults and 2 children aged 6–12.99 years.

The ticket price also includes admission to the Srdiečkovo children’s playground for all persons.

• Children (6–12.99 years): health insurance card required.
• Juniors (13–19 years): ID card required.
• Seniors (60+ years): ID card required.

Yes. Holders of disability cards are eligible for discounts under the Child/Senior tariff.

If the cardholder requires an accompanying person, the companion is also entitled to a discount.

Yes. During summer 2026, residents of Dolný Kubín receive a 20% discount on the “Both Cable Cars (ride)” ticket – Lower + Upper Cable Car (also includes admission to Srdiečkovo).

Yes. Entry to the area is only possible with a valid ticket – for both the child and the accompanying adult.

The playground is intended for children aged 2 to 19 years.

Adult supervision is required when using the playground equipment.

Orava Card holders receive a 10% discount on cable car tickets for pedestrians and admission to Srdiečkovo.

The discount is valid only for purchases made at the ticket office.

Yes. We offer a 10% discount for organized groups (minimum 20 persons).

A list of participants with the organization’s stamp must be provided.

Yes. This offer applies to trips organized by schools (pupils and students of primary, secondary, and universities), summer camps, sports clubs, leisure centers, and other organizations working with children.
