What If I Buy a Skipass in Advance but Can’t Come?

Life can be unpredictable – and the SMART system understands that. You can cancel your skipass up to 48 hours before its validity date for a small fee of €5, without giving a reason. The remaining amount (skipass price minus €5) will be refunded to your user account as a credit, which you can use later. Simply fill out the cancellation form and send it to eskipass@kubinska.sk.
