We clean the chain, cassette and crankset so your ride is smoother and more enjoyable.
Detailed scope of work:
The chain, cassette and crankset are cleaned using products designed for bicycle cleaning. Bolts are tightened to the specified torque.
Brakes:
- Degreasing of rims or brake discs
- Sanding of brake pads
- Adjustment of proper braking performance
Drivetrain:
- Inspection and adjustment of proper operation of the rear derailleur and front derailleur
- Inspection of chain wear and lubrication of the chain
Suspension:
- Visual inspection of sliding surfaces of the fork and shock
- Cleaning and lubrication of sliding surfaces of the fork and shock
- Inflation of the fork and shock
Tyres:
- Inspection of tyre condition and wear
- Inflation of tyres
The service package includes necessary fluids and lubricants. Spare parts and consumables are not included in the service package price.
Premium service: Ideal for regular maintenance of your bicycle. We clean the bike so your ride is even smoother and more enjoyable.
Detailed scope of work:
The entire bicycle is carefully and thoroughly cleaned using products designed for bicycle cleaning. All bolts are tightened to the torque specified by the manufacturer, and any play in the headset is adjusted.
Brakes:
- Cleaning of brake calipers or brake arms
- Inspection and degreasing of rims
- Inspection, degreasing and truing of brake discs
- Sanding of brake pads or blocks
- Inspection of mechanical brake cable routing, check of housings, cables and end caps
- Replacement of hydraulic brake fluid and brake bleeding
Wheels:
- Visual inspection and possible replacement of worn or damaged tyres and inner tubes
- Inspection of tubeless tyre installation and possible refill of sealant
- Inspection of spokes and nipples, wheel truing if necessary
- Inflation of tyres
Shifting and drivetrain:
- Inspection and adjustment of proper operation of the rear derailleur and front derailleur
- Inspection of chain wear and lubrication of the chain
- Inspection and possible alignment of the derailleur hanger
- Inspection and possible replacement of housings, cables and end caps
- In the case of electronic shifting: inspection of cables, contacts and connections, and verification of correct pairing of wireless components
- Inspection of cassette wear and tightening to manufacturer’s specified torque
- Inspection of bottom bracket operation and play, replacement if necessary
- Tightening of crank arms to manufacturer’s specified torque
Suspension:
- Cleaning and lubrication of fork stanchions
- Cleaning and lubrication of shock stanchions
- Inspection of rear suspension function
- Tightening of all bolts to manufacturer’s specified torque and adjustment of any headset play
E-bike:
- Comprehensive diagnostics and error reading of the electric motor
- Software update of the electric motor
The service package includes required fluids and lubricants. Spare parts and consumables are not included in the service package price.
Wellness service: Ideal for those who ride frequently and want to ensure flawless bike performance. Suitable for bicycles that have not been serviced for a long time. We recommend completing this service at least once a year, before or after the season.
Detailed scope of work:
The entire bicycle is carefully and thoroughly cleaned using products designed for bicycle cleaning. A special protective treatment is applied to the frame. All bolts are tightened to the torque specified by the manufacturer. The headset is disassembled and cleaned. The headset bearings are disassembled, cleaned and lubricated. Worn bearings are replaced if necessary. Any play in the headset is adjusted.

- Inspection of remote control elements of the fork, replacement of cable and housing
- Inspection of operation of the dropper seatpost and its control mechanism
E-bike:
- Comprehensive diagnostics and error reading of the electric motor
- Software update of the electric motor
The service package includes required fluids and lubricants. Spare parts and consumables are not included in the service package price.

- Basic and Premium service are carried out within 48 hours on working days (depending on the complexity of the service tasks).
- You will be informed about the completion of the service via SMS or by phone.
- After completion, please collect your bicycle preferably within 2–3 working days.
Bike and e-bike service price list
In addition to warranty service, which is free of charge, we can provide service while you wait or within 24 hours.
For express service, we charge a surcharge of 100% of the basic service price.
We always do our best to accommodate our customers, therefore the standard service time is 2 to 3 working days.
Everything depends on the current workload of the service, so we recommend checking in advance and booking your service appointment.
